WE WILL BE LIMITING THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE FUNERAL HOME TO 15 AT A TIME FOR THE VISITATION.
Bradley Delmar Shook was born on July 18, 1969, to Charles and Patricia (Bower) Shook in Omaha, Nebraska. Brad grew up in Missouri Valley, Iowa and graduated in the Class of 1987. After graduation he went to work at Continental Finishing where he was a stitcher operator. For a short time, he was a hunting and fishing guide in Kansas. He went on to work supervisor jobs in the bindery business at Wright Printing in Omaha, Perfection Press in Logan, Iowa, and then Graphic Packaging in Omaha. On August 26, 1995, Brad married Tonia Clark in Missouri Valley. The couple has always called Logan their home.
Brad enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle. He loved to follow his kids in all their activities. Brad was a very social person; he knew no stranger. He was always telling jokes and stories. Most of all, Brad loved his family.
Brad died on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 51 years, four months and six days.
Brad was preceded in death by his father and his father-in-law, Jim Clark. He is survived by his wife, Tonia Shook of Logan; children, Alex and Gage Shook; mother, Patricia Shook of Missouri Valley; sister, Teri Shook of Missouri Valley; mother-in-law, Lorene Clark of Pisgah; sister-in-law, Tina Fitzmaurice of Ankeny, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends.
