Brenda Garrison

Brenda Marie (Pape) Garrison was born January 28, 1962, to Glen and Shirley (Burbridge) Pape in McCook, Nebraska. She was raised in the Woodbine and Dunlap areas and attended school there as well. Brenda married DeLille Garrison on August 6, 1983, at the Christian Church in Logan. The couple lived in Kansas City, Missouri and then Council Bluffs, Iowa. Brenda held a variety of jobs in the casinos as well as in the maid service area. Brenda enjoyed listening to music.

Brenda died on Monday, April 9, 2012, at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 50 years, two months and 12 days.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Derrick Pape; two brothers, David and Mark Pape and sister, Catherine Pape. She is survived by her daughter, Misty Garrison and special friend Nicholas Agnew of Brandon, Mississippi; two grandchildren, Nathan and Emily; three brothers, Glen Pape Jr. and his wife Lori of Dunlap, Iowa, Donald Pape and his wife Charlene of Milo, Iowa, Kevin Pape of Deloit, Iowa; two sisters, Carolyn and her husband Norm Andersen of Denison, Iowa, Marilyn and her husband Adan Flores of Denison, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends.
