Daxtyn Nelson

Daxtyn Michael Nelson was born May 4, 2015, to Derek and Jen (Pauley) Nelson in Omaha, Nebraska. He died on June 29, 2015, at Children's Hospital in Omaha at the age of one month and 25 days. In Daxtyn's short time on earth he touched so many people's lives. Daxtyn had the entire community of Woodbine as well as other communities praying for him and his family. Daxtyn enjoyed listening to his sisters talk and sing to him. He also noticed every ceiling fan in each room.

Daxtyn was preceded in death by his grandmother, Charme Nelson and great grandparents, Ralph Pauley, Sr., Don Campbell, Carmen O'Brian and Lyle and Irene Nelson. He is survived by his parents, Derek and Jen Nelson and two sisters, Jaelynne and Jayda all of Woodbine, Iowa; grandparents, Ralph and Shelli Pauley of Woodbine and Dennis Nelson of Lenox, Iowa; great grandparents, Veronica Pauley of Woodbine and Michael and Arlene Pauley of Portsmouth, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends.
