Deborah Lea (Andersen) Frazier was born on March 7, 1954, in Crawford County, Iowa. She was raised by her mom and dad, Geraldine (Bryan) and Ron Heide in Dunlap, Iowa. Deb graduated from Logan Magnolia High School where she lived for a time with Howard and Barb Swanger. Deb was blessed with four children, Donavon, Stephen, Tammy and Joe. She held many different jobs over the years but no matter where she was working, she was doing so by helping people. She was a blessing to many individuals and families by assisting them with cleaning and other duties she could help with.
Throughout her life, Deb demonstrated a profound passion for nurturing beauty in the world around her. Her love for flowers was evident in her garden, which bloomed vibrantly as a testament to her care and attention. An avid baker, she delighted friends and family with her delicious creations, each baked good infused with her warmth and kindness. Deb's greatest joy, however, was found in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whose laughter and love brought her immense happiness.
Deborah died on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at CHI Immanuel Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 70 years and six months.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children, Donavon Frazier and his wife Kristi of Missouri Valley, Iowa, Stephen Frazier of Dunlap, Tammy Hamblen of Dunlap and Joe Hamblen of Fenton, Missouri; five grandchildren, Jacobi, Skylar, Shay, Jenna and Gavin; two great-grandsons, Logan and Levi; siblings, Norman Andersen of Deltona, Florida, Candi and her husband Michael Otterpohl of Missouri Valley and Rodney Andersen and his wife Joni of Clarinda, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
