Debra Kepford

Debra Kaye (Juilfs) Kepford was born October 18, 1955, to Myron and Gerry (Speake) Juilfs in Omaha, Nebraska. After her birth the family moved to Colorado. The family moved to Woodbine when Deb was five and then to Missouri Valley and then to Woodbine where Deb graduated from high school in 1973. Deb married Larry Kepford and the couple was blessed with one son. Deb worked for various places before starting her 13 year career at Energique in Woodbine.

Deb enjoyed taking care of others, spending time with her family ~ especially her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She enjoyed swimming, traveling, country music, and cooking and baking.

Deb died on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at the Crawford County Memorial Hospital in Denison at the age of 57 years, four months, and 22 days.

Deb was preceded in death by her grandparents; father; and brother, Dennis Juilfs. She is survived by her son, Shane Kepford and his wife Teresa of Dunlap, Iowa; two grandchildren, Jacob and Kylie Kepford; mother, Gerry and her husband Don Otte of Woodbine; two sisters, Terri Cozad of Woodbine, Iowa, Pam Rathmann of Jacksonville, North Carolina; brother, Rick Mann and his wife Patsy of Dickinson, Texas; special friend, Scott Winther of Woodbine, Iowa; four step-siblings, Ron Mann of Missouri Valley, Iowa, Keith Mann and his wife Diana of Lake Oswego, Oregon, Linda and her husband Terry Steel of New Sharon, Iowa, Kenny Mann of Pella, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends.
