Donna is survived by her husband, Harold Perse of Littleton, Colorado; two sons, Perry Perse and Joey Perse; mother, Mabel Mackey of Woodbine, Iowa; four sisters, Mabel Brummer of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Janet and her husband Terry Heig of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, Marilyn Connell of Omaha, Nebraska, Carol and her husband Bill Morrison of Woodbine, Iowa.
