Kenneth Alfred Kuhlman was born September 2, 1926, to Alfred Herman and Mary Ann (Bonar) Kuhlman in Dunlap, Iowa.  Kenneth attended Dow City School, and worked as a farm hand for Dale Barry.   Kenneth served in the U.S. Army February 1952 ~ November 1953.  Kenneth married Charlotte Browning Androy August 10, 1957.  The couple lived in Denver, Colorado until 1962 when they moved to a farm in Moorhead, Iowa.  The couple retired from farming in 1997 and moved to Lake View, Iowa.  Charlotte died January 3, 2002.
   
   
   Kenneth was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Lake View, Iowa.  He loved farming and his animals.  He enjoyed playing cards, visiting with friends, and spending time with his family, family picnics, and the casino.
   
   
   Kenneth died Saturday, February 3, 2007, at Veteran's Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 80 years, five months, and one day.
   
   
   Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; wife,  Charlotte; and four brothers, Gerald, Leonard, Leo and Charles Kuhlman.  He is survived by six children, Jack Androy of Lake View, IA, Connie (Charlie) Kerger of       Woodbine, IA, Robert (Jackie) Androy of Dunlap, IA, Roger (Joan) Androy of Logan, IA, Linda (Marty) Toms of Scranton, IA, Mary (Andy) Arndt of Woodbine, IA; "adopted" son, Ron (Sharon) Lee of Dunlap, IA; 20 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; three sisters, Vera Wilson of Milliken, CO, Ruth Siler of Arvada, CO, and Lois Surber of Woodbine, IA; three brothers, Harold Kuhlman of Soldier, IA, Merrill Kuhlman of Alton, MO, Donald (Wanda) Kuhlman of Woodbine, IA; and many other relatives and friends.
