Linda (Losh) Pafford

Linda Dee (Losh) Pafford was born August 30, 1967, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She started her schooling in Council Bluffs and graduated from Dunlap High School in 1986. After her graduation, Linda moved to Omaha and worked as a CNA in Fremont, Nebraska. Linda was married and blessed with three children. Linda and Kirstin moved to Dunlap in 2012, and Linda worked at Walmart and Bomgaars in Denison.

Linda was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. She loved to drive her car or her brother's car. She also loved to visit, as well as serve and help other people. She enjoyed driving the cart with Cheerios the pony and also going to concerts with Marie. Linda enjoyed eating at Olive Garden and Spaghetti Works.

Linda died on Saturday, June 24, 2017, at her home in Dunlap after a courageous battle with cancer. She attained the age of 49 years, nine months, and 25 days.

Linda is survived by a daughter, two sons, parents, one sister, three brothers and their families, and many other relatives and friends.

Linda was so grateful to the Nebraska Medical Center for the years of care they gave her during her battle with cancer that she donated her earthly body back to them for medical research. This makes perfect sense, because Linda was always thinking of ways to help others and put their needs before hers. Her kind and loving spirit will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
