Pamela Lea (Dai) Lehan was born March 28, 1954, to Theodore and Hattie (Doidge) Dai in Dunlap, Iowa. Pam was the youngest in her family and the youngest of the Doidge cousins. Pam was raised near Dunlap and graduated from Dunlap High School in 1972. After graduation Pam started working at Mutual of Omaha. Pam married David Lehan in September of 1974 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Dunlap. She started working at Millard Public Schools and worked there for 25 years as a special education para-educator for pre-school aged students. She also worked for Children's Respite Care for 15 years.

Pam was a member of Mary Our Queen Catholic Church in Omaha. She enjoyed reading, being with friends and camping. Pam especially loved her grandkids.

Pam died on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at her home in Omaha following a courageous battle with cancer. She died at the age of 62 years, three months, and eight days.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law; and daughter, Erin Lea Lehan. She is survived by her husband, Dave Lehan of Omaha, Nebraska; three daughters, Nicole (David) Eidem of Omaha, Nebraska, Natalie (Bryan) Stockwell of Omaha, Nebraska, Megan Lehan of Omaha, Nebraska; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Raeola Rolle of Dunlap, Iowa, Elaine (Larry) Ruhde of Carroll, Iowa, Sandra Emswiler of Omaha, Nebraska; Godchild, Scott Lehan; and many other relatives and friends.
