Phyllis Ann Banard died on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Rose Vista Nursing Home in Woodbine at the age of 83 years, 11 months and 18 days.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, three daughters, Debbie Robinson, Melody Watkins and Dawn Scott and grandson Colton Watkins. She is survived by her two sons, Richard Barnard of Council Bluffs and Don DuClos of Minnesota; 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
