Ronald Hull

I, Ronnie Hull was born November 30, 1941, to Leo and Edna Viola (Melby) Hull in Willow Township, rural Moorhead, Iowa, in Monona County. I was raised in the Moorhead, Soldier, and Dunlap area and baptized in the Soldier Lutheran Church as a baby. I was a member of the Moorhead Christian Church and re-baptized as a teenager. I attended country school and graduated from Moorhead High School and Oklahoma State University.
I was an area farmer and cattle feeder. I married Suzan Ludwig in 1971 and we had three children; Melissa, Nora, and Leo.
I enjoyed my time as a public servant and want to thank my family and friends for enriching my life.

Ronnie died on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at his home in Moorhead at the age of 70 years, 6 months, and 22 days.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Suzan; mother Edna Hull; three children, Melissa (Dave) Klutts of Mondamin, IA, Nora (James) McGowen of Beaver Crossing, NE, and Leo Hull of Moorhead, IA; five grandchildren, Benjamin and Breanna Nuzum, Maxwell Honig, Lydia Jane and John Ronald McGowen; six siblings, Jim (Carol) Hull of Bloomington, MN, Judy (Steve) Houston of Moorhead, IA, Linda (Tom) Pithan of Ute, IA, Nancy (Phil) Meadows of Onawa, IA, Deb (Eric) Thoreson of Moorhead, IA, and George (Gina) Hull of Moorhead, IA; and many other relatives and friends.
