Ruth Elaine Nack, 94, of Woodbine, Iowa died on Thursday, April 29, 2010, at Rose Vista Nursing Home.
She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Barnard of Woodbine, Iowa; six grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; sister, Ethel Fry of Parkersburg, West Virginia; and many other relatives and friends.
THERE WILL BE NO SERVICES.
Memorials can be directed to the Alzheimers Association.
