Shirley is survived by her children Cathy Murphy of Dunlap, Steve Fouts of Dunlap, Geoff and Tracy Fouts of Council Bluffs, Ron and Mary Fouts of Dunlap, Mike Fouts of Dunlap, Terry and Shannon Fouts of Dunlap and many other relatives and friends.
