Teresa M Nuzum

     Teresa Marie Nuzum was born on July 20, 1967, to Wayne and Connie (Roeh) Hardy in Missouri Valley, Iowa. She graduated from Woodbine High School in 1985. Teresa was united in marriage to Gale Nuzum on May 24, 2002. Teresa worked at EMC insurance in Omaha and as a bartender with Tammy and Brian Bak.

     Teresa enjoyed going to the casino, playing dice and cribbage with friends, and especially loved her dog, Diamond.

     Teresa died on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 55 years, 10 months and seven days.

     Teresa was preceded in death by infant daughter, Eileen Marie Nuzum; brother-in-law, Mark Wagner; and nephew, Andrew Bak. She is survived by her husband, Gale Nuzum of Woodbine; son, Dustin Bak of North Bend, Nebraska; stepdaughters, Shelbi Bengford of Odebolt, Iowa and Stephanie Jones of Kingsland, Georgia; 5 grandchildren; parents, Wayne and Connie Hardy of Woodbine; two sisters, Tina Wagner of Turin, Iowa and Tammy and Brian Bak of Woodbine; and many other relatives and friends.
