Virginia M. Smith, 93, of Woodbine died at Rose Vista Nursing Home in Woodbine on Saturday, January 17, 2015. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Hobert and Elvira (Waldron) Salisbury, Sr.; husband, Herman Smith; son-in-law, Raymond (Pete) Dilley; and great granddaughter, Serenity Garrison. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Dilley of Woodbine; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.
